Handmade Specialty Carpets and Rugs offers custom carpet per square foot, starting at $20 per square foot. We have a minimum order of $400. To add, we can make any dimension to help customize your project.

To start, enter the number of square feet you want to get from Handmade Specialty Carpets and Rugs. In the description, mark the dimensions you wish. Also, after you place your order, we’ll contact you.

Factors taken into account regarding prices are as followed:

• First, the size of the area needed for the carpet.
• Second, the traffic quality which comes in 5 categories (minimum, light, general, high, and ultra).
• Third, how much density of fabric per square inch.
• Fourth, the material of the carpet.

The following guidelines help you pick the quality you need:

• Minimum quality is great for closets and storage areas.
• Light quality does well for bedrooms and private home offices.
• The general quality is suited for hallways, living rooms, and high-density residential areas.
• High quality is optimal for general commercial use.
• Ultra quality is for the heavily impacted areas such as entryways, office hallways, and high traffic areas

With this, the higher the quality, the higher the density is of stitches per square inch. The thickness ranges from 100 stitches per square inch to 800 stitches per square inch. Closely tied to the stitches per square inch is the quality you pick; however, there are up-sizing and down-sizing options. You can upsize or downsize by 100 as long as it’s in the range of 100 to 800 stitches per square inch.

You have the choice of wool, cotton, silk, jute, and other custom materials that you may choose from our selection. To add, the material chosen impacts the price per square foot.
