At Handmade Speciality Carpets and Rugs, we pride ourselves on the service we provide. Within these terms & service document, you will find what to expect from our company regarding service.

100% Guarantee

We want to make sure we are meeting every customer’s wants and needs when it comes to our services. All products are back by a 90-Day guarantee. Meaning if you are unhappy with how the product turns out you can exchange it for a new product within 90-Days.

Warranty on Products

All products have at least a 10-year warranty. The warranty even covers for fading on our products. For example, if you have had a custom rug made by Handmade Speciality Carpets and Rugs and it fades after 8 years we will replace it at no cost to you.

Disclosures About Products Terms & Service

There are several instances where the warranty is invalidated.

  • With carpet padding, if a steam cleaner or rug doctor type of device is used on the carpet, instead of spot and spray with vacuuming. That will invalidate the warranty on the padding since it breaks down the protective barrier.
  • If a rug or carpet is damaged by someone after 90-Days, then the rug or carpet warranty is invalidated.
  • General wear and tears that happen due to the quality of not being excellent condition is a valid reason to have a free exchange within the first 10-years.
  • All products have a 100% 90-Day guarantee. After 90 days, to exchange a rug or carpet the cost is 50% of the original price.
  • Even though we recommend certain installers we are not responsible for any issues that come from the installation. If the installation was done poorly you will need to file a complaint with the company who contracted the installation. If something needs to be redone contact HSCR and will assist in any way we can to make sure everything is done correctly.
